Getting in SHAPE: Improving the Physical and Mental Health of Your Students
Workshop options for students and educators provided at NO COST thanks to BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. Instructor Alex Beene will carry students through different strategies to get more active, eat healthier, and practice smarter tech interactions to assist their mental health. Educators can receive one-hour personal development sessions in person or online to learn the most efficient ways to see improvement in the health of students - can be used as professional development hours! ACT ACCELERATOR COURSE
When: Saturdays, March 1 or March 22, 2025
What time: 9:00 a.m.
Where: In person on the UT Martin campus or online via zoom
Cost: $70 per 4-hour session OR $35 per 2-hour session

This workshop is designed to give students an overview of the most pivotal tips for the test to increase their scores in all four areas. Whether a seasoned pro on the exam or an anxious newcomer, this class is designed to meet the needs of all high school students who take the test. You may choose to attend a 4-hour online session that will cover Math, Science, English, & Reading OR a 2-hour online session that covers either Math & Science or English & Reading.
ACT MATH MASTERY CLASS
When: Monday, March 3, 2025
What time: 5:00-7:00 p.m.
Where: Online via zoom

If you've already taken our Math & Science session and wanted more practice or are just looking for additional help on the ACT's Math exam, this is the course you need to take your skills even further. Over two hours, you'll cover additional techniques to use on the exam, see more practice questions, and go over a full Math practice test. All content covered is new to this course and is not featured in the Math & Science session or free workshop.

When: Wednesday, March 5, 2025
What time: 5:00-7:00 p.m.

Over two hours, you'll cover additional techniques to use on the exam, see more practice questions, and go over a full Reading practice test.
