Humboldt Jr./Sr. High School desires to be a community of learners and leaders who engage their minds through rigorous curriculum, challenge their bodies through physical activities, and develop a disciplined work ethic that is supported by the loyalty and sincere care, concern, and respect of all members of the learning environment.

Vision Statement

The vision of Humboldt Jr./Sr. High School is to create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable climate that promotes the idea of high achievement for each student and a desire to become an involved and contributing member of the community and society at large.

Purpose

Rooted in the spirit and tradition of competition, Humboldt City Schools athletics is built upon programs that promote positive influences upon our students, school, and community. Humboldt Jr./Sr. High School has a long-standing tradition of quality athletic programs. To ensure that all aspects of our athletic program maintain a positive influence upon our students, school, and community, it is imperative that all adults involved with our athletic program work diligently to uphold our goals. These expectations will continue to be enforced in order to provide a solid foundation for all individuals involved and develop the vision needed to promote high student achievement academically and athletically.
